2. Local Game Progress & Data Storage

To ensure you don't lose your game progress when closing the app, the Game stores basic gameplay preferences locally on your device:

• High score and current run statistics.
• In-game virtual cash earned exclusively through gameplay.
• Unlocked motorcycle models and selected paint schemes.
• Audio and haptic feedback toggles (Sound ON/OFF, Vibration ON/OFF).

This data is stored strictly on your local device via Android Web Storage (HTML5 localStorage / isolated app storage sandbox). It is never synchronized to cloud servers, remote databases, or external analytics endpoints.

3. Data Retention & User Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play's Account and Data Deletion Requirements:

• Data Retention: Your gameplay progress remains stored locally on your device only for as long as you choose to keep the Application installed.
• In-App Data Deletion: You can completely erase all saved high scores, currency, and unlocked bikes at any time directly inside the game by navigating to Settings ➔ Tap "Reset Saved Data" ➔ Tap again to confirm. All stored keys are immediately wiped.
• Device Settings Data Deletion: You can also clear all game data through the Android operating system at:
  Android Settings → Apps → Highway Dash Moto 3D → Storage & cache → Clear Storage.
• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling Highway Dash Moto 3D automatically purges 100% of the game's sandbox data from your device permanently.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Highway Dash Moto 3D contains:

• No third-party advertisements: Zero banner ads, interstitial popups, or rewarded video ad networks.
• No third-party analytics SDKs: No Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Unity Ads, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or data brokers.
• No cross-app tracking: We do not track you across other applications or websites.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

Highway Dash Moto 3D is designed for a general audience and is rated PEGI 3 / ESRB Everyone. The Application fully complies with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• The Google Play Families Policy.
• The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) regarding minors.

Because the Game collects absolutely zero personal data from any user regardless of age, we do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

6. Android Permissions Requested

The Application requests only the minimal, normal permission necessary for tactile gameplay:

• android.permission.VIBRATE (Normal Permission): Utilized exclusively to trigger short tactile haptic feedback during near misses, nitro boosts, and bike collisions. You can disable vibration at any time in the in-game Settings menu.

No dangerous runtime permissions (such as Location, Contacts, Microphone, Camera, or SMS) are ever requested or declared.

7. Data Security

Because Highway Dash Moto 3D does not collect, process, or transmit user information over the internet, your gameplay data is not subject to remote server vulnerabilities or network interception. All internal game assets run inside Android's sandboxed WebView environment with network access disabled.

8. International Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)

Under international privacy regulations (including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA / CPRA):

• Right to Know / Access / Delete: Since we do not possess any personal user data on external servers, all data is directly in your custody on your own device and can be deleted instantly as described in Section 3.
• No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your data to third parties.
